| SpinSci is selected as a turnkey solution provider for New York Community Bank (NYCB) to implement Cisco CVP solution. NYCB current legacy IVR system is migrated to Cisco open standard IVR system. Phase 1 of the project was developed and implemented ahead of schedule. Phase 2 will be launched by end of the year. |
